How do I know which size to order for motorcycle apparel?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Since riding gear should fit snugly for safety, we recommend measuring your chest and waist while wearing your base layers. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.
What is your return policy for helmets and safety gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all apparel and gear. Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. For safety reasons, helmets that show signs of road use cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We process all orders within 24 hours to ensure you get your gear before your next weekend trip. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are your jackets and pants waterproof?
Most of our adventure and touring gear features waterproof membranes or DWR coatings. Specific water-resistance ratings are listed in the product descriptions. For heavy rain, we recommend checking out our dedicated rain over-gear section.
Do you offer international shipping?
