At Moto Camp Nerd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your apparel or riding equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
